Jerry Mallot

As President of the Cornerstone Regional Development Partnership and Executive Vice President of the the Jacksonville Regional Chamber of Commerce, Jerry oversees strategy for economic development in Northeast Florida. He directs a staff of 15 in the areas of Business Development, Marketing, Business Expansion, Workforce Development and Business Intelligence.  A leader in state economic development, Jerry focuses primarily on the expansion and relocation of headquarters to the Jacksonville area. In his spare time, Jerry loves to play golf, ride his motorcycle, relax at the beach, visit regional attractions and spend time with his family.

John Haley

John Haley

John serves as Senior Vice President of Business Development for the Cornerstone division of the Chamber. His primary focus is on the development and relocation of aviation and aerospace companies and advanced manufacturing companies to Northeast Florida. John has served as president of the Florida Economic Development Council and has been honored as that organization’s Economic Development Professional of the Year.  An experienced scuba diver, John lives at the beach and enjoys sailing and other outdoor activities with his wife.

Cathy Chambers

Cathy Chambers

Cathy is Vice President of Business Development for the Cornerstone Regional Development Partnership, where she is focused on recruiting high-wage jobs and private capital investment to Northeast Florida. Her focus is on the expansion and relocation of finance and insurance services companies to the area. Cathy has 14 years of experience working for chambers of commerce, regional economic development organizations and city governments. Cathy enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. Her hobbies include boating along the St. Johns River, reading and traveling.

Melanie Moore

As Senior Director of Business Intelligence and IT, Melanie provides statistics, data and research for Cornerstone projects. An arts and culture enthusiast, Melanie enjoys theater, photography and travel. Melanie also enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters.

Michael Breen

Mike Breen

Mike Breen is Director of the International Department. He is responsible for international business development but also focuses on Logistics and Distribution and IT companies looking to relocate or expand in the Jacksonville region. Most recently, Mike served as president of The Breen Consortium International, an international management consulting firm based in the Netherlands which provided sustainable economic development and workforce accessibility consulting for multinational clients throughout Europe. Mike is active in a variety of professional organizations and a frequent seminar speaker. He is fluent in Dutch and French and speaks basic German, Serbo-Croatian, Latvian and Russian. Mike’s hobbies include antiquing, travel and reading.

Broderick Green

Broderick joined Cornerstone in 2008 from New Orleans, LA, where he was directly involved in Hurricane Katrina recovery efforts as Deputy Chief of Staff for Council member Arnie Fielkow. As Senior Manager of the Business Development team, his focus is on the expansion and relocation of the Life Sciences industry in Northeast Florida. He serves as the point of contact for the Jacksonville and Northeast Florida Commercial Real Estate Database, a comprehensive list that includes office space, industrial space and development sites. An avid sports and music fan and "foodie", Broderick enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife.
